Step 1 – Discuss and Research
We call the first step ‘D+R’ and it simply consists of an initial no obligation chat to see how we can help you and your business improve marketing efforts whether that be through website design, print media or other marketing services. We will look at the competition and suggest how you can be one step ahead. It is also an opportunity for us to understand your business and you ask us any questions you may have.
Step 2 – Initial Mocks
Before a final piece of work is supplied, we will always provide a mock design whether it be for a website or flyer artwork. This is to make sure we can improve the design based on your feedback until you are happy. It may mean just a change of font or quite a few changes, we won’t stop until it is right.
Step 3 – Construction
Once we’ve agreed on a final mock design, if it is a website then we’ll beaver away at coding that into a functioning website. Once complete, we will put your website live. If it is a piece of print media then we can either supply that direct to a printer on your behalf in the correct format or we can print it for you.
Step 4 – Continued support and updates
We are committed to ensuring continued support after we’ve completed a project so if you’ve had a website designed/built with us, we’ll be on hand to answer any questions and if you have you website hosted with us, we’ll fix any technical problems to prevent website downtime.
If you have artwork for print designed with us, we’ll keep it on our system so should you require any changes then are able to make them for you. Often our clients take out monthly adverts and want a new offer adding every month.
