Terms and Conditions of Business Card Offer 2014

Design

We will design the business cards based on your email brief which should include colour choice (Colour codes if possible eg: #000000), text choice, images/logos to be included and layout ideas. We will then design a mock which we will send to you for feedback and modification suggestions. Having revised the design based on your feedback we will then email a final proof for your approval before sending for print. Please be aware that this offer is for a standard design, for any sophisticated requirements we can provide a custom quote. The price includes a design time of an hour so if your email brief suggests you want a design that will be unrealistic in an hour, we will let you know.

Print

We don’t print designs onsite but instead have a printing partner so can’t be held responsible for print quality. However we are very confident in the high quality products our printer provides so there is no need to worry. We welcome feedback on print quality and should any complaints arise then we will raise them and contact you with how we can resolve the issue.

Please be aware that as with all print work, colours and final print will differ from designs on computer screens. Frodsham Web liaises with the pre-print team to ensure all artwork we send to print is set-up correctly which should minimise any risk of print differentiation from final mock.

To ensure your business cards are perfect, we ask that you send high resolutions logo files as we can’t be held responsible for poor quality of your logo after printing. Colour choice is also important so if you have an exact colour you need to be used, it would be helpful if you send us the colour code. ‘Adobe Kuler’ is one of many online colour wheels: https://kuler.adobe.com/create/color-wheel/

Delivery

Because we outsource print to our trade partner, we are unable to give definitive delivery dates. We can suggest lead times and give updates of progress on request. Your order will be delivered by TNT using a next day delivery service after printing. If you need your business cards for a specific deadline please mention it to us at the earliest stage and if we don’t think that they will arrive in time, for an additional fee we are able to fast-track your order with up to 24hr turnaround available. Payment

We require full payment for the offer before any work begins and full payment must be cleared while the offer is valid. Payment can be made via direct bank transfer or debit card, for any other option please get in touch. All payment is non-refundable.

Copyright

Frodsham Web retains the copyright of the card design unless pre-discussed with the client (artwork copyright can be purchased). We will keep it on file so if you require updates to the card in the future and/or reprints then we are able to provide them.
