Ciarán Ó Braonáin Woodworking goes live!

September 30th, 2014

Yet again we have just launched another website for a new business based in Frodsham; O’Braonain Custom Woodworking run by Ciarán Ó Braonáin…

Ciarán offers woodworking courses held at Castle Park Arts Centre for the general public to learn key woodworking skills and produce their own piece of furniture. The website was key to, not only promote these new and unique courses, but also showcase his personal work which Ciarán handcrafts to meet client briefs.

The website didn’t need to be complicated or expensive but had to be right for Ciarán’s new brand. We began the website process with a meeting to discuss the aims and layout ideas for the website as well as what the competition was doing before I created some mock designs.

The next stage was refining a design until Ciarán felt it was perfect and this continued throughout the process. The key message we promote at Frodsham Web is that a website has to be perfect for the client; that’s why we don’t restrict the number of modifications during the design stage. After all, no one knows your business and its brand as well as you!

So with a design complete, coding began! The website is static (we code the content and that is what the visitors see) with the possibility of converting it into a WordPress theme (WordPress is a content management system) in the future if Ciarán required the ability to update the site himself. We can convert sites into WordPress websites for clients even if we didn’t build your site – just get in touch for a chat.

I’ve enjoyed working with Ciarán to deliver a site he is very happy with and will continue to work with him on website updates and monitoring the website effectiveness…

Here is what Ciarán had to say about using Frodsham Web for website design services:

‘Jack at Frodsham Web is very professional and honest when dealing with clients. He is a great communicator as he always kept me informed on how my site was coming along. I genuinely feel that I would not have found a better person to work on my site and I am delighted with the overall outcome. Thanks Jack! ‘
